April: a little bit of this a little bit of that!

Walter in his second season of soccer with his daddy coaching!  Not sure how he makes this work but it means the world to our little man!  He is super fast when he runs, just trying to get hi to work on playing with a little more aggression!  Kinda hard when you have three sisters!

Isabella celebrated her end of season cheerleading with an awards ceremony!  She loved cheering this year but I think she might love the idea of getting trophies even more so!

Great group of girl friends!

Margaret had a celebration of learning as well.  They did an entire unit on Eric Carle, amazing children's author and illustrator!  She is so fun to go watch her in her classroom environment!  This girl loves learning and is bursting at the seams to have us there and show it off!

Each of them decorated their own hat and helped paint the backdrop for their stage!  Much of the art that they learned this week was the techniques that Eric Carle uses in his illustrations.
So proud of our Margaret Mary!

We began work on our fairy garden!  We have sooo many flower beds in our backyard it was easy for the girls to find the perfect spot for their fairies to
live!  This has been a fun project for all of them this year!  I don' t have a picture of it but walter's dinosaur garden lives right next door!

Walter got into the Chinese Immersion program!!!!
Not only is my little man starting Kindergarten!  He is going to be speaking Chinese too!!!!  Although I am VERY nervous about this, mainly because it is new to me, I am very excited to see where this opportunity takes him!
We are so proud of you Walter!

"Run for Fun"
Great day at their to get outside and be active with friends!

Field trip to the Tulsa Air and Space Museum!

Ahhhhhh!
Our 11th year Anniversary trip to Turks and Caicos!
(We celebrate the odd years....keeps it interesting!)
Getting me out of the house to make this trip was ALMOST impossible for Kyle!
Unfortunately I have this mentality (sickness) that the whole world will fall part while I am gone...it did not...my kids had a great time...I did too once I saw how beautiful and amazing Turks is!

Walking along this beach each night to amazing seafood dinners!  Laying on the beach reading the entire day!  Running along the beach every morning!  Unbelievable!  I almost remember what it was like to be an adult again!

So thankful for this wonderful man!
He works so hard to be an amazing father, husband, and provider for his family!
Can't wait to be sitting at this table with him when our hair is gray and we need a cane to walk along that beach!
