Ice Ice Go Away, Come Again Another Day!

Okay, so you can tell I haven't left the house all day when I have the time to actually post twice in one day! We have spent a nice cozy day at home doing all sorts of fun things...

First the kids spent some time decorating our windows. Isabella had a nice little picture going on here on the back door when her brother came along and showed us that he could color too. Unfortunately he didn't quite get the concept that the crayons were to only go on the windows, he thought that they looked nice on every single rail that led up the stairs. After that was cleaned up...
the girls spent some time with the Spin Art. They love this thing and it keeps them occupied forever.
We then pulled out the craft bucket and went to town. Can you tell we were thinking Spring thoughts?
Their little fuzzy bunnies turned out pretty darn cute I must say:)

Hope you all had a great Sunday!

Debbie Howard's Gym

I was geared up for this weekend because my better half was scheduled to work two twelve hour shifts so I knew that I was pretty much on my own. Yesterday started out great with a trip to Debbie Howard's Gym. This is a great gymnastics facility geared towards my kiddos ages. There is really nothing in this place that scares me, as far as things that my little man could injure himself on. We met several friends from Isabella's school here and they had a great time running around trying everything out. I was just relieved because I knew a good nap would be soon on its way:)

Isabella spent a lot of time practicing on the uneven bars.
I caught Margaret climbing through a tunnel.
And this little guy was in love with the foam pit! All of my kids thought that this was amazing. They got to jump from a huge trampoline into a giant pit of foam blocks. Somehow Walter managed to get himself into the middle of the pit (where I couldn't reach him) and get stuck. This meant insisting that his momma crawl in and dig him out.

A few lessons that I learned today:

1.) A seven month pregnant woman should never crawl around in a pit of foam blocks ( people are probably still cracking up at this site)!

2.) A woman seven months pregnant with her fourth child should NEVER jump on a trampoline under any circumstances. I am not going into detail here but it is the same reason I opt out of jumping jacks when I am in my interval training class.

All of my other weekend plans of fun have been canceled due to the yucky weather we are having here. We are just going to have to get the craft bucket out to make this day pass a little quicker!

Frozen Blueberries???

Not really sure why but my obsession with frozen blueberries is getting a little out of control!
I have been craving these sweet little blue things for about a month now and I just want to eat them all of the time. I have even had to start buying them in bulk from Costco just to keep up with my addiction! This is just so weird to me because it is not something that I craved during my other pregnancies. Also what is so weird is that they HAVE to be frozen. If they have set out too long and have gotten soft back into the freezer they go, they just don't taste the same to me. As you can see below a few other people in this house have a little crush on these blueberries as well...
so if you see my family out and about with blue stained fingers and cheeks don't ask and rest assured that we are not turning into the Smurfs:)

"Look at Mommy"

Here is my recent attempt of getting a good picture of all three of my children together...
it just went from bad
to worse
to "are you kidding me guys, let's cooperate here!"

I just cannot seem to get the three of them to look at me at the same time!
Oh well, this just shows the utter chaos that we live in and I love every minute of it!

Valentine's Party

Isabella's celebrated her Valentine's party at school yesterday and it was just so fun to watch. The whole party was planned by the kids, which I thought was such a neat idea. Everything from snacks, games, and decorations was planned by them. They even got to decorate the room before the party. The sign-up sheet was quite interesting as well: strawberry heart cake with chocolate frosting and pink sprinkles, Sprite, gummy hearts, a heart shaped helium balloon for everyone... Isabella's favorite part of the party...
doing the limbo.
She thinks this game is awesome and we have already played it five million times since yesterday:)
Hope you all have a beautiful Valentine's Day!

School Carnival

Last weekend was Isabella's school carnival. It was tons of fun had by all. Lots of fun activities and cool science experiments!
Margaret making her own bubbles.
Walter got to paint his own face, with a little help from his dad.
They may look like part of a tribe but these two were having a blast doing their own face painting!

"Rock It" Girl!

Wanted to make sure to give a shout out to Miss Margaret here when I realized I haven't updated on her status in quite some time.
This little fireball is loving her new room with her sissy, playing her Leapster 2, shaking her tail feathers in dance class, and rocking it out on her new Barbie guitar!
